Welcome to Tenther Radio Episode Number 76 as we channel the spirit of our Founders from that famous year of 1776!  While wearing his tri-corn hat, Michael Boldin leads his fellow patriots: Co-Host Lesley Swann,  Executive Producer John Michaels and Blogger John Lambert through more resistance battles.  However even with these recent victories that will be discussed in tonight’s episode, the continuing revolutionary war is far from over as he will explain later during his rant.

Lesley reported on a victory from Michigan as their State House voted unanimously 107-0 to nullify the NDAA in their state.  However, new battles will need to fought to push it through the Senate.  Boldin then brought up the Feinstein Amendment to the NDAA 2013.

The next issue tackled, the hosts explained how the Obamacare State Exchanges are supposed to work, but if enough states failed to create them, the Feds would be too overwhelmed to make it work.

Debra from Spokane asked the following question:

As you prepare for your Wednesday show, I was hoping to get an answer to this question.

When a state nullifies the federal law (or laws, if we are lucky), what reprisals can we expect to see in our states?  I assume financial will be the first threat, and then lawsuits, but what else can we expect to be used?  Have some states experienced the Fed’s displeasure already?

Texas, bless them, have told the Fed to get out of their business, what have they experienced?

Michael and Lesley discuss three ways on how the Feds could respond to nullification efforts across the country through threats, attacks or withdrawal.

Wingman Michael Maharrey gives us some feedback on the so-called “fiscal cliff” and gives us some Hockey tips.  (Did they play hockey back in 1776?)

The Southern Lady who knows how to fire a musket, Lesley Swann updates us about a rally which opposed the Tennessee’s Governors efforts to create a Obamacare State Exchange which is in violation of Tennessee law.

Boldin finishes the show explaining “Island Hopping” Nullification Style!   (Sounds very similar to Washington’s indirect confrontation strategy against the British!)

Carrying his quill, John Lambert joins Boldin and Swann during the Aftershow which you need to listen to the live feed or subscribe to the podcast to hear.  So please subscribe!
