This week, over a dozen nullification bills are up for hearings or votes in states around the country. tonight, we’ll do our best to get you up to speed. 6 on NDAA indefinite detention, 4 on federal gun laws, 1 on industrial hemp farming, 1 on drones and 1 on Obamacare. A few results have come in already and there’s some good news to report. We’ll go through each of them – one by one – to let you know the status.

We’re also able to report some good news on a local level. More city and county governments are taking a stand against violations of your right to keep and bear arms. Texas, Utah, and Tennessee – people are recognizing that the duty to protect our rights is at every level.

Yesterday marked the 71st anniversary of a black stain in American History. On February 19th, 1942 President Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which resulted in the “indefinite detention” of nearly 150,000 people in prison camps on American soil. Later in the show, you’ll hear a powerful story of how one man’s entire family – and relatives – were forced into these camps, and what he and many others are doing today to prevent indefinite detention from ever happening again…
